From time to time we may offer discounts such as promotions, service offers, etc through our website, blog, email, social media, or our advertisers. The following terms & conditions apply to all our offers:

• Any discounts or promotions we offer are never to be combined with any other offers, packages, promo's, or discounts
• Are Limited Time Only
• Can be Revoked at any point
• Offers vary by location

• We offer a military discount to Active and Retired military personnel of 5% OFF all services.
• Can't be combined with any other offer, discount, package, or membership.
• Must show form of Identification

We offer Spa Day Packages with the following Terms & Conditions:

• Packages are Pre-Built & Not Customizable
• Packages are to be used in One Day Not Split Up into Multiple Days
• Packages expire after Allotted time frame.
• Non-Refundable
• Not Exchangeable 
• Valid Only for the Services in the Package

• No Show Appointments will be charged for Full Service
• Cancellations or Reschedules 24hrs or less will be charged a 60% Booking Fee
• A Valid Card is required to be on file for all bookings
• Cards may be charged a $1 pre-auth that will drop off to validate.
• Spa Parties of 2 or more people will be charged a 40% booking fee at time of booking. Card on file will be charged for the remainder of the services unless cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 3 days prior to services.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 24hrs notice to avoid our Cancellation Policy
• Deposits are Non-Refundable and can only be applied to our services or amenities.
• Deposits are applied to your ticket at checkout unless they fall under one of our policies in which it will be applied.

• Worth only the dollar amount placed on them. (Refer to our Price Policy)
• Required at time of redemption
• Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
• Non-refundable and carry no cash value
• We don't store the information we need in our systems to redeem a gift card you don't have with you at time of checkout.

• Our Processor Charges a 2% Surcharge for every card transaction which is calculated based on the total transaction on the card.

• Tippy charges a separate convenience fee if you wish to tip using a card
• Tippy is a processing company our staff uses to process provider tips on their behalf.
• Our Staff gets instantly notified who tipped them, how much, and they can instantly transfer tips to their own accounts.
• Cedar & Magnolia Day Spa nor its owners profit off this service. Cedar & Magnolia Day Spa provides this processor for our staff at a cost of $300/yr to ensure ease and transparency for their tips.

• Our pricing may change without notice although we strive to ensure our clients are always well informed of any changes.
• We will not honor a lower price you see that is not valid as our menus, website, etc may be inaccurate at times. To ensure the most accurate pricing inquire with our Front Desk Associates.

• All opened purchases are non-refundable.
