• No Show Appointments will be charged for Full Service
• One-Person Cancellations or Reschedules 24hrs or less will be charged a 60% Booking Fee
• Couples (Two or More People) Appointment Cancellations or Reschedules 48hrs or less will be charged a 60% Booking Fee
• A Valid Card is required to be on file for all bookings
• Cards may be charged a $1 pre-auth that will drop off to validate.
• Spa Parties of 3 or more people will be charged a 40% booking fee at time of booking. Card on file will be charged for the remainder of the services unless cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 3 days prior to services.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 24hrs notice to avoid our Cancellation Policy for One-Person appointments & 48hrs for Couples Service (Two or More People) appointments.
• Deposits are Non-Refundable and can only be applied to our services, tips, or retail.
• Consistent reschedules or cancellations will require a valid card on file with a deposit for every service and/or may fall under our right of refusal policy.
• Deposits are applied to your ticket at checkout unless they fall under one of our policies in which it will be applied.
• If you have multiple deposits on your account you must inform our staff at checkout as our system will only automatically apply 1 deposit which requires our staff to manually add any extra deposits on your account to the ticket.
• *10% Deposit Required for All Bookings applied to your service total at checkout. *Deposit is non-refundable and applied to your services, tips, or in spa purchases only.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, some instances include but are not limited to; consistent cancellations of services, consistent rescheduling, our staff also have the right to refuse clients on to their schedules as they see fit, disruption of our spa/other clients/staff, no call/no show appointments, payment issues.

From time to time we may offer discounts such as promotions, service offers, etc through our website, blog, email, social media, or our advertisers. The following terms & conditions apply to all our offers:

• Any discounts or promotions we offer are never to be combined with any other offers, packages, promo's, or discounts, or membership discounts.
• Are Limited Time Only
• Can be Revoked at any point

We offer Spa Day Packages with the following Terms & Conditions:

• Packages are Pre-Built & Not Customizable
• Spa Day Packages are to be used in One Day Not Split Up into Multiple Days
• Packages expire after Allotted time frame.
• Non-Refundable
• Not Exchangeable 
• Valid Only for the Services in the Package

We offer Memberships with the following Terms & Conditions:

• Memberships are Pre-Built & Not Customizable
• Memberships start when you purchase your membership and are valid for 30 days which will renew automatically unless cancelled before.
• If your Membership doesn't renew at the end of the 30 days from purchase it will expire automatically.
• Non-Refundable Month-to-Month charge, if you wish to cancel your membership you can cancel anytime online or give us a call. Once cancelled your membership will be valid until the end of the 30 days from purchase. (Otherwise Known As the "Date of Renewal")
• Membership Discounts can't be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, etc. We will always give you the lowest available price.
• Membership may be altered from time  to time, but clients will be notified of any changes that may effect their membership.

• Worth only the dollar amount placed on them. (Refer to our Price Policy)
• Required at time of redemption
• Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
• Non-refundable and carry no cash value
• We don't store the information we need in our systems to redeem a physical gift card you don't have with you at time of checkout.

• Tippy charges a separate convenience fee if you wish to tip using a card (this convenience fee is charged by Tippy to cover the cost of merchant fees/program so the staff doesn't have to)
• Tippy is a processing company and program our staff use to accept and process provider tips on their behalf into their own accounts.
• Our Staff gets instantly notified who tipped them, how much, and tips are instantly transferred into their own accounts.

• Our Credit Card Processor Charges a 2% Surcharge for every credit card transaction which is calculated based on the total transaction. Debit Cards are not charged this fee.

• Our pricing may change without notice although we strive to ensure our clients are always well informed of any changes.
• Our menus, website, etc may be inaccurate at times. To ensure the most accurate pricing inquire with our Front Desk Associates.

• All opened purchases are non-refundable.

• We do allow children in our Salt Room which is a separate charge. Although we are a Day Spa and try to keep a quiet environment for all our clients and respect their desire to relax without extra noises within our space. We respectfully ask that no children are to accompany you to any services within our space.
